Discover our competitive rates that reflect the BCACC 2024 recommended range between $150-$165. Our rate for registered counsellors is $160 per hour, $175 per hour for our clinical supervisor, $200 per hour for Registered Psychologists and $75 per hour for clinical interns. Rates are based on a 50-minute counselling hour so family, couples, trauma counselling, co-parenting, family mediation, and family court work have higher pricing.
We can only do direct billing with First Nations Health Authority and Crime Victims Assistance. Please check if your extended health benefits cover Registered Clinical Counsellors, Registered Social Workers or Registered Psychologists so we can place you with a professional designation who will be covered.

Out of consideration for others seeking sessions, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments are subject to full session fees.
The first session is designed to explain the service, establish goals, and explore suitable treatment options tailored to you or your family members' needs. First sessions include discussing what you want to work on in your sessions and collecting the necessary background information needed to establish a therapeutic relationship with your therapist and to assess whether your therapist can support you well.
While relief can be felt as early as the first session, the duration of counselling varies. Typically, individual concerns resolve within 6-12 sessions for adults, but we can work together on a plan that fits your priorities and budget.
We accept credit card payments through online Stripe payment, office Moneris processing, debit, e-transfers, or cash payments. In some situations, third party payment arrangements can be made.
Understanding the distinctions between Registered/ Certified counsellors, Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychologists, and Psychiatrists, can be challenging for the public to navigate. Registered Psychologists have a graduate level degree or a Ph.D and they must meet the comprehensive practice standards and ethical guidelines of the BC Psychological Association. Registered Social Workers may be able to provide counselling therapy if they have completed graduate studies in a mental health specialization. Registered Clinical Counsellors are psychotherapists who have met masters level academic requirements, clinical competence and practice supervision requirements, and they also practice according to an ethical code of conduct and standards of practice established by BCACC. Psychiatrists are medical doctors specializing in the treatment of diagnosed mental health conditions so they are capable of diagnosing and prescribing medications
