Our Nanaimo office is located steps from the heart of downtown Nanaimo, offering breathtaking views of the harbour and Mainland. We believe we have the most stunning views of any counselling clinic in area. The decor is bright, inviting, and designed to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Inside, you’ll find five private counselling rooms, a dedicated play therapy room, a kitchen area with coffee and tea, and a comfortable waiting area for clients and their families.
The office is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator that take you directly to our door on the 4th floor. Washrooms are available just outside the clinic door and we hear often that the environment is calm and welcoming.
Parking & Transit:
Street parking (two-hour limit) is available along Wallace Street and nearby side streets. Several local bus routes stop within a short walking distance.
Accessibility:
Elevator access and Disabled Parking is located nearby. Please contact us ahead of your visit if you have any specific accessibility needs — we’re happy to accommodate.
Duncan Counselling Clinic
Unit 106 – 481 Trans-Canada Highway, Duncan, BC V9L 3R7
Our Duncan clinic serves clients from the surrounding Cowichan Valley communities. Conveniently located on the Trans-Canada Highway, this space offers a calm, comfortable setting for therapy sessions in a ground-floor office.
The clinic has a waiting area, a dedicated play therapy room, and a private counselling office, all designed to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. We share our clinic with Cowichan Valley Counselling for Children & Adolescents.
Parking & Accessibility:
Plenty of free on-site parking is available directly outside the office. The ground-level entry provides easy access for all clients, including those with mobility issues. Washrooms are located within the clinic for your convenience.
