Our Nanaimo office is located steps from the heart of downtown, offering breathtaking views of the harbor and mainland. The space is bright, inviting, and designed to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Inside, you’ll find five private counselling rooms, a dedicated play therapy room, a kitchen area with coffee and tea, and a comfortable waiting area for clients and families.
The office is wheelchair accessible, with both stairs and an elevator that take you directly to our door on the 4th floor. Restrooms are available just outside the office and the environment is calm and welcoming.

Street parking (two-hour limit) is available along Wallace Street and nearby side streets. Several local bus routes stop within a short walking distance.

Our Duncan office serves clients from the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas. Conveniently located right off the Trans-Canada Highway, this space offers a calm, comfortable setting for therapy sessions in a ground-floor office.
The office includes a waiting area, a dedicated play therapy room, and a private counselling room, all designed to create a warm and supportive atmosphere.
H3 Parking & Accessibility:
Free on-site parking is available directly in front of the office. The ground-level entry provides easy access for all clients, including those using mobility aids. Restrooms are located within the building for your convenience.

Our Central Saanich office (serving North Saanich, Sidney, and the Saanich Peninsula) offers a peaceful, private environment just minutes from Highway 17. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the area, it’s a calm and comfortable space for counselling sessions.
This location features a play therapy room and a private counselling office, each thoughtfully arranged for comfort and confidentiality.

There are no parking restrictions on-site, with free client parking available directly in front of the office. The ground-floor entry provides easy, step-free access for all visitors.
